Get Involved: Libraries

Library volunteers sort and shelve materials, search for requested items, process new materials, shelf-read to ensure materials are shelved accurately, and assist with special projects, such as bulletin boards, displays, and library events.

Teen volunteers sort and shelve materials, search for requested items, process new materials, shelf-read to ensure materials are shelved accurately, assist with special projects, prepare supplies for the Summer Reading Challenge, help during special Summer Reading events, help during storytime sessions, and assist with special projects. Teen Advisory Board members participate in monthly meetings, provide suggestions about teen spaces, collections, and programming, and assist with special teen and youth events.
