Club Leader

Requirement: Must be 18+ years of age. Full background check required. Interview required. Lesson plans approved by supervisor.
Average volunteer time: 1.5 hours per session, weekly for 6–8 week sessions.
Available locations:
- City Recreation and Community Centers
Tasks performed:
- Lead 8–12 students in academic, hobby, artistic, or athletic activities.
- Teach, excite, and inspire Kindergarten through 5th-grade students.
Lead weekly hour-long afterschool clubs for elementary students. Help children develop knowledge, abilities, and skills that support success in school and in life.
- Time Commitment:
Estimated hours per visit: 1.5 hours.
Frequency: Weekly.
Typical days/times: Weekdays, 3:00pm–4:30pm.
Season: Quarterly during the school year.
Total commitment: Weekly for 6–8 week sessions.
